Gang Warfare in Iraq
No, it’s really not tribal warfare. Iraq knows civil society.
The gangster mentality is an organized psychopathy: “Submit to my demands (my identity) or suffer unacceptable harm.” Once you submit, the gang affords you protection (paying ransom–a protection payment–to secure your identity).
Gang activity in civil society is always likely to warrant police action.
In other words, the nuisance value predicts the probable level of control that reduces the measurable object of self-determination. It is an occupation of space, like we see in Iraq, for example, that submits to “revealed preference” (a risk identity on demand) over time.
No matter how hard anyone tries to command preferences, it’s a free market (an organized risk ontology) after all (in the aggregate).
Why not just have it (intend it) in priority!
Dysfunctional psychopathy can be destroyed and the identity of “the risk” can be made functional on demand.
Be self-interested. Get what you want, when you want it, all together, now.
Like “The Scream,” life can imitate art.
Controlling for angst is not a function of destroying it, but predicting it with utility.
