“It’s not about pricing”

That’s what Pfizer and Allergen have to say about their merger.

Although capitalists are always saying that businesses exist to make money, Pfizer and Allergen have merged to better provide for the welfare of market participants. They say it will provide measurable synergies/share that far exceeds the benefit of price competition.

Again, when industry and markets merge, in the name of economic efficiency, it is all about pricing. It’s about authoring the risk proportion that writes the script of your “natural (corporate) identity” and mine, existing to apply power with naturally limited liability (with you and me subjected to it, commanding the price to be paid) just like with the king.

Looks like The Revolution isn’t over yet!
